Ben Nevis Hike For Wayne's 60th Fundraising For The Molly Rose Foundation
Rhiannon Marshall
My Story
In 2017 I lost my husband, Wayne, & the Russell family lost their beautiful daughter Molly to suicide.
Wayne was the life & soul of any party & Molly brought so much joy to everyone.
The last holiday Wayne & I had was spent in the Highlands, where we walked part of the way up Ben Nevis.
He joked that I wouldn't be able to do it so, after his loss, I decided that I would have to finish the job & prove him wrong.
This year would be his 60th so to mark the occasion I'm going to be walking up Ben Nevis (hopefully with two of my dear friends from America joining me) to raise money for a charity that does so much for the mental health of our young people - from education programmes to online safety - so that other families may be spared the pain of losing a loved one. 💜
